After a consultation call and an initial session, we can discuss which package is right for you. Some people complete a short package of sessions and they’re done. Some people complete their first package and choose to buy another to keep the sessions rolling. It’s a very personal thing - you may want a short, intense coaching experience or a long-term commitment to radical change. I’m here to support whatever length of commitment is right for you.
